Startup Visa Program

Canada’s Start-up Visa Program targets immigrant entrepreneurs with the skills and potential to build businesses in Canada that are innovative, can create jobs for Canadians and can compete on a global scale

Self Employed

The Federal Self-Employed Program is a Canadian immigration pathway designed for individuals who have relevant experience in cultural or athletic activities and wish to immigrate to Canada. Successful applicants may receive permanent residency status in Canada and may be able to apply for citizenship after meeting certain requirements.

Provincial Entrepreneur Programs

The Canada Provincial Nominee Program (PN P) includes an Investor Immigration stream that allows individuals with a high net worth to obtain Canadian permanent residency by investing in a particular province. Each Canadian province has its own Investor Immigration program requirements, which may include minimum investment amounts, job creation targets, and language proficiency standards. Successful candidates are required to setup businesses in the province for a set period, after which they may be eligible for Permanent residence and Canadian citizenship.

Provincial Farm Owner Programs

Canada’s Provincial Nominee Program (PN P) includes a stream specifically for farm operators who wish to immigrate to certain provinces in Canada. The Provincial Farm Operator stream allows provinces to nominate eligible candidates who have experience in farm management and the financial resources to purchase and operate a farm in Canada. Each province has its own criteria and requirements for the Provincial Farm Operator stream, but the program offers a pathway for individuals with farming experience to immigrate to Canada and contribute to the country’s agricultural sector.

Provincial Farm Owner Programs

The Canada Intra-Company Transferee (ICT) program allows foreign workers who are employed by a parent, subsidiary, branch, or affiliate of a Canadian company to transfer to Canada to work for the same organization. This program provides a streamlined process for eligible workers to obtain a work permit and begin working in Canada without the need for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LIVIIA). To be eligible for the ICT program, the foreign worker must have been employed by the same organization for at least one year and have specialized knowledge or be in an executive or managerial position.
