Elite Star Management Consultancies LLC (ESMC), Dubai, UAE, is hiring Business Development Executives (female/male) in Karachi, Pakistan for its US consultancy operations. This is a full-time, long-term role working US hours from Pakistan.

The role

• Make targeted outbound calls to US small and medium businesses to offer ESMC’s Bookkeeping, Accounts and Tax services.
• Qualify prospects, book meetings for our senior consultants and follow up until the client signs.
• Keep every call, lead and deal up to date in our CRM (HubSpot).
• Coordinate daily with the Head Office in Dubai.

Work setup

• Location: Karachi, Pakistan (you must live in Karachi).
• Hybrid: mostly remote, with in-person meetings and training in Karachi when needed.
• Hours: US Eastern business hours, Monday to Friday (about 7:00 pm to 4:00 am Pakistan time; 6:00 pm to 3:00 am during US summer time).
• For remote days you need your own laptop, a stable internet connection and power backup.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English. This is a must.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales or Marketing.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (outbound calling, tele-sales or business development) and client handling.
• Able to coordinate with the Head Office in Dubai.
• Experience with US clients, or basic knowledge of bookkeeping or US tax, is a plus.

• Monthly gross salary: PKR 75,000, up to PKR 100,000 based on profile.
