Job Description:
Elite Star Management Consultancies (ESMC Global) is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business consultancy services and the ability to identify new opportunities in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored consultancy solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategic business development plans.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Represent ESMC Global at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the consultancy sector.
- Strong understanding of business consultancy services and market trends in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- UAE market experience and a strong network of connections are preferred.
