With 30 years’ experience in senior management positions in International Oil & Gas Trading, Refining and Supply, including director level in subsidiary companies and joint ventures. 4 years’ experience in Global Corporate Head office, responsible for defining the Group Finance Systems strategy and development of the Group Performance Management solution (SAP) supporting all Group business activities globally.

Almost two decades of experience in assessing, negotiating, and implementing business acquisitions, divestments and implementing major joint venture transactions.
